Systems Appraisal Feedback Report, Check-Up Visit Report, and Reaffirmation of Accreditation Report
The Systems Appraisal Feedback Report is the report produced by the team who reviewed NTC's Systems Portfolio. This report provides actionable feedback to the College regarding its strengths and opportunities for improvement as identified by the panel of expert reviewers. Please read the Introduction to the Feedback Report prior to reading the actual report so that you have the context of the purpose of the report. The Check-Up Visit is intended to provide the College with additional feedback, while it also serves the dual purposes of verifying the information in the Systems Portfolio and verifying that the College continues to meet its Federal Compliance responsibilities in accordance with Higher Learner Commission policy. This Check-Up Visit Report was submitted by the Review Team who conducted a Check-Up Visit at Northwest Technical College March 28-30, 2007. College leadership and planning teams will use the feedback provided in this report, along with that provided in the Systems Appraisal Feedback Report, as valuable input into our planning processes and action strategies for continuous improvement. The Reaffirmation of Accreditation Report was compiled by the team who reviewed the evidenc of NTC's ongoing commitment to and participation in the AQIP processes. This included a review of the Action Projects and their Annual Reviews, review of the college's participation in Strategy Forums, review of the Systems Portfolio and the Systems Appraisal Report, and a review of the Check-Up Visit Report. No accreditation issues were identified, and the college's accreditation--i.e., its affiliation with the Higher Learning Commission--was extended by Board of Trustees, based on the information and recommendations from this report, until the year 2014-2015.
